Lay-by

We offer lay-by contracts to our customers which allows them to purchase a product in some certain instalments. 10 percent of the product price is kept as the deposit. The rest is payable upon the agreed written payment timetable. We refund the lay-by deposit for the

Trial

Antica Persia allows customers in Canberra region to try eligible hand-made rugs obligation-free  before purchasing them. We allow a trial period of up to 48 hours or by special agreements for  eligible products. Modest extensions of the return date may be arranged by contacting us by phone  or email. The customer is held accountable for any damages that may occur to our product(s) while  away from our shop. 

Customers are required to fill out a form stating details as below:

• Address 
• Phone Number 
• Email Address 

In order for us to process an in-home trial, we have to confirm the customer’s identity with  government-issued identification, such as a driver’s license. 

Rugs taken will remain the property of Antica Persia until paid for in full. Customers will only be  charged for items that they choose to keep.
